The main ASMR triggers in this video include whispering and minimal hand sounds. This video is intended for relaxation purposes. Hopefully it will put your mind at ease and remind you that you are pretty cool!

The purpose of listening to repetitive positive affirmations is to train your subconscious to believe the things you want. i.e. if you repeat "I am a confident person" every day for some time, you will become a confident person. (all in theory)

What is ASMR?

From Wikipedia: Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic, visual and digital media stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attentional control.
