Hello beautiful people. For those of you who might be struggling with anxiety and stress, this ASMR video was made to help support you through that difficult time. In this video, I demo a few different techniques to help center you in the moment and reduce anxiety: buoyant breathing, EFT tapping, and the 5 senses technique. With gentle whispers, tapping, and more, I hope that it can help bring you a moment of peace.
