ASMR Fast & Aggressive Table Tapping and Scratching

Hello there! I hope you enjoy my fast and aggressive table tapping and scratching trigger ASMR video. I don't have a microphone that records binaural sounds so I had to get creative with my editing in order to have different sounds coming from the left and right sound channel. Anyway tapping and scratching triggers are very relaxing to me and this is my first time trying them out.

What is ASMR?

Coined in 2010, ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relaxing, often sedative sensation that begins on the scalp and moves down the body. Also known as "brain massage," it's triggered by placid sights and sounds such as whispers, accents, and crackles.
