"Feel the Energy Move ASMRreiki" is all about being curious and exploring all the places in your body you can feel something happening as the reiki energy enters. Becoming aware of your bodies signals telling you where the energy is moving creates a stronger connection with yourself. By connecting with your body you start to notice all the little subtleties it's communicating to you. To help "Feel the Energy Move" in this ASMRreiki session I like use flowing hand movements, brushing sounds, and a tingling crystal bowl brushing sound to help you relax deeper into the session. You may feel the gentle energetic sensations as we work to ease you into a peaceful slumber while Healing Your Body in the process.
