ASMR 🌵 Cactus Scratching and Brushing

Published 2 years ago

This is a cactus I saved from being thrown away 8 years ago! She was such a small cactus back then but she's grown to be quit large and propagating little babies even haha. I thought this might be an interesting trigger. It sounds a bit like rain to me.

Sorry about the shape of this cactus, it just grew this way, idk why. If it bothers you, please try to just listen to the sounds. :)

Edit to answer some of comment's questions:
No the cactus doesn't hurt at all! The bristles are very soft :)
Cactuses will grow to accommodate the size of their pot, I don't want a large cactus so I have gradually transplanted to slightly bigger pots over time. I use cactus soil and water once every 1-2 months. You can tell sometimes it will turn gray/green so then you can water :) Try to keep the cactus out of humidity, so even in the summer (in humid climates) you keep it inside on a sunny window most of the time.

asmr ~ asmr (or tingles) is very relaxing and can help you fall asleep or focus on work or tasks. traditional asmr focuses on achieving tingles, though not everyone needs to experience tingles to enjoy asmr. importantly, there are no loud surprises, only gentle and calming sounds to ease stress and anxiety. :)
