ASMR Look At The... (Follow My Instructions, Visual Triggers)

Hi everyone! In tonight's video I'll be asking you to follow my instructions, in particular I'll be telling you to look at different objects and flashcards, and then asking you to switch your focus. One of my favourite triggers from eye exam videos is the part where they tell you to look at the light, now my finger, now look at the wall, etc. This video is inspired by that trigger, as well as other "follow my instructions" videos.
