Welcome to a deeply relaxing journey into restful sleep.

This session begins with pendulum hypnosis to gently guide you into a calm, receptive state, then transitions into a soothing yoga nidra-style body scan to release tension and invite complete relaxation.

We'll gently move back and forth between watching the pendulum and relaxing with eyes closed during the body scan, allowing your eyes to naturally grow heavy as you sink deeper into rest.

Perfect for bedtime, stress relief, or anytime you need to quiet your mind.
