I also have a degree in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, and love to help others on their own personal journey of Well{NESC} (necessary wellness).

***Today’s Reiki healing session is all about change and how to deal with it in life in the most graceful way possible (I know change and transformation can be difficult, but it is transformation that turns caterpillars into beautiful butterflies. Being stagnant is never a sought after state). That being said, the intention for today is to recognize and see that change that is coming around the bend, to accept the change ahead, to walk through that change with never ending self-love, and to be confident in yourself and your ability to walk and roll through that transformation with grace and positive intentions. Change is inevitable, and the best way to approach it is to walk through it. I hope you enjoy today’s session paired with some ASMR triggers: finger fluttering, whispering, intense whispering, crystal tapping, aura clearing, personal attention, and hand movements. :)
