There is a prop that I use to emulate the sound of "wind" during our visualization exercise...and it sounds more like an asthmatic donkey--no offense to any asthmatic donkeys out there ;) Anywho...this is why you come back to our sessions right? I keep you on your toes--and sometimes myself as well. :)

Today we are calling upon the Air Element to join us in our sacred space and blow away anything that no longer serves us at this time--to create a clear slate. Since we are beginning Gemini season (if you are recently watching this session), and Geminis are Air signs, I thought it fitting to work with the breezy element today--that sound good to you? Perfect. :) I hope you enjoy the Sage Smudging, the Feather Triggers, the Soft Whispering, the Reiki Blasts, the Hand Movements, the Breath-work, the Facial Pressing and Sinus Manipulation, the Palmarosa Essential Oil, the Wind and Affirmation Visualization/Meditation (with power pose of course!), and the strange sounding wind (that I should have tested before using--it's a foot pump for athletic balls or kiddie pools--hope it gives a laugh or two to YOU today--I tried to keep it together and thought it best to just move on haha).
