in this video i demonstrate traditional shiatsu done on a futon on the floor. As is normal for shiatsu the client is fully clothed and laid on a futon on the floor.
the meridian begins just inside of the eyes then follows a path up and over the head, then following 2 lines going down the spine, it zigzags a little across the glutes before going down the legs finishing eventually in the little toe.
this meridian has 67 pressure points and has to be one of the most relaxing meridians to have a treatment upon.

in this video there is no talking, i wear a mic on my forearm so hopefully you can hear the hand movements.
