ASMR | Therapist gets to know you

So you've come for some tele-health therapy. Excellent, let me ask you some questions to make sure we are a good fit for each other. I'll be taking notes to make sure I keep everything straight. This session will be fairly basic, nothing too personal so don't worry. Just relax.
