Welcome and you join me in this light touch facial tracing massage. Ive called it calming the mind as because after doing this for just 15 -20 mins my client Ruth said her whole body had relaxed and she felted like her mind had melted. She was very fussy getting up and took a few minutes to come around.
Now when working this i lightly glided over different meridians in the face connecting lightly with the Qi or energy within... there was a few times i felt the need to work pressure points, so did so and just connected to allow the energy to shift.
