Sorry for disappearing for a couple of weeks there ~ its been a bit of a crazy time for me and a lot of intense personal stuff and changes going on. 🙈 Plus I actually recorded this like 3 days ago but I was having some technical issues getting it exported😅😓)

The idea of this video is to help you reflect on some of the positive things in your life & to shift your focus on to things that are calming for a little bit. (Because often our brains will hyper focus on whats bad and scary and we lose sight of the things that are also going well.) ❤️❤️❤️
