Sleep Paralysis | ASMR Horror Story

Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis? I do, all the time. It still terrifies me most times, but I've started to get better at talking myself through it. Wiggle one toe. Just wiggle one toe. I made this video for the opportunity to face the things that scare me and minimize them by making them silly - the driving reason behind much of my horror ASMR. I hope this maybe helps you too. And if not... well, there are a lot of way less spooky ASMR videos on YouTube!
