Comforting & Deeply Relaxing Reiki Session (ASMR, soft speaking)

Hey everyone xx

For today's distance reiki session I decided not to pick a too focused theme and go for comfort and deep relaxation. I use my usual instruments and objects and smudging tools :)

Reiki works through time and space and therefore anyone watching this video can benefit from it however they decide to receive it. If we put the intention that we are open to receive healing, to receive reiki, our bodies and the energy will do the work exactly as you need right now. So just find a comfortable place and relax and receive!
