Firstly, I apologize for the cuts in the video... they are smooth and cross faded, but there seemed to be a large volume of trains passing my house on filming day. I'm not going to let that stop me from helping you relax ❤️

What should you do when you're so exhausted that you can't just "let go" during a guided meditation? Sometimes "letting go" feels like too much and we feel like we aren't good enough because we can't perform such a simple task.

This video, while technically a guided meditation in its own right, is an assortment of several techniques that I have found very helpful and effective for myself and others, especially empaths, when overwhelmed or drained.
