Casual relaxing whisper video to answer my most commonly asked Q. Rarely a few days pass without receiving messages which go "I am just getting into spirituality, energy, Reiki, crystals, etc., do you have any advice?" It's hard for me to answer this because we are all so different as to what we are called to. Some of you reach out to me and are coming from religious backgrounds, some are more witchy, some are already Reiki attuned but are seeking to "get back in touch with the energy" or find better ways to work with it.

My view on all of this is to "find what makes you think- what makes you reflect- what causes you to look inside" because the more clarity and understanding you have of your self, the better you will comprehend that which is beyond- energy, polarity, the power of focus, intentions, vibration, etc.
