ASMR || colour coded triggers: red (tapping, paper sounds and more) โค๏ธ๐Ÿ“•

Lotta's ASMR
Published 3 years ago

Hello guys!

I am finally continuing my series of color coded triggers and here is the next colour: red!
In this video, you can expect some unusual sounds but also the classics like tapping and lots of whispering!

I also have some (bad) news: my good headphones broke so I'm stuck with my old ones. They're not as good as the others and a little louder so I hope the sounds of this (and my future videos) is okay.
What really sucks is that the old ones had bluetooth and the old ones don't so now I can't walk around the house while listening to ASMR like I used to! ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Nevertheless, I hope you like it, have a good night!

Enjoy! โค๏ธ

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called โ€˜tinglesโ€™). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as โ€˜triggersโ€™.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
