I decided to share 3 lectin free recipes with you guys, plus I will be sharing my 3 week update on the Plant Paradox. The recipes will be down below if you want to try them out. They were all so delicious and satisfying.

Okra Chips

1 Bag fresh or frozen okra
1-2 tbps olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Cassava flour tacos

Flourless Almond Butter Cake

2 Tbsps cacao powder
2 tbsps monk fruit sugar
1 pasteurized egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp full fat coconut milk
1 tsp pasteurized butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
Cook in microwave 1 min and 30 secs
Add almond butter to the top
Optional ( coconut milk ice cream no sugar added)
