ASMR | Helping You to Sleep 😴 (Face Massage, Hair Brushing, Reiki, Bedtime Story)

Hello my ubiquitous unicorns, in today's ASMR session I'll be helping you get to sleep. There's going to be a bunch of great triggers in here, including lots of layered sounds, and tonnes of personal attention!

We'll be starting by making sure you're all cozy and comfortable, and then give you a nice face massage, which will include lots of touching your face. I'll also brush your face to put on a face mask. There will be some hair brushing, and a head/scalp massage, and some accupressure. Then we'll transition to a PoV so I can tuck you in with some fabric sounds, and do some reiki to cleanse your bad dreams, and we'll finish with a cute little bedtime story.
