What came to me big time while getting ready for filming was how many of you are feeling like you are stuck and don't have a choice. In this session, we address that, and how to get out of it, as well as scanning the body while returning everything we are holding on to from others, everything that isn't ours. You are so aware, just reminding yourself of that can be so lightening to your being, can truly shift your energy levels and turn away any heaviness. Because when we are denying and suppressing awareness, it just becomes heavier and bigger... It's just awareness, not all of it is relevant. I hope you enjoy this session, until next time xxx.
