Welcome to another addition to the Energy Toolbox series, where I share energy healing/mental health tools that I use myself to shift stagnant energy and first and foremost to feel better and be lighter while being a highly aware/sensitive individual (who is also autistic) 💖 The tool we are talking about today is an Access Consciousness verbal clearing to release and move beyond control and resistance. It gives us a sense of freedom and space, and when we become this energy, we step out of our minds and into our being that is limitless and infinite.
