Do Medical Gowns Sound Better When it's Cold? ASMR for the Coziest Sleep

I've had a few requests for another medical gown video, and wanted to have some fun with it. In this video, I light a few candles, tell a few stories, and put on my medical gown, rub it making all sorts of binaural noises, and then take it off. I think the sounds are amazing between the ears. Leave a comment and let me know what you think!

ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response) is a relaxing sensation that starts between your ears and moves down your body. It has helped me with depression and insomnia, and has been said to have a sedative or meditative effect.

*Remember* ASMR is not a medical treatment. ASMR is meant to induce tingles, relaxation, and sleep. Although it may make you feel better, it has not been proven to fix any mental health issues or conditions you may have. If you need help, PLEASE seek a professional.
