[ASMR] Sleep Clinic | Medical RP | Soft Spoken

Hey all! Welcome back to another Doctor Periwinkle video! This time we are in the sleep clinic for another hour long special ☺ We begin with some questions so I can get an understanding of your sleep pattern, then we talk a bit about good sleep habits. Then we talk about ASMR and how it helps with sleep, before moving on to exploring many different triggers (both visual and audio).

p.s. I don't know why but every time I make a video lately it ends up being super long and detailed 😅 but i guess that's a good thing especially for a sleep clinic video.

21:28 - light triggers
25:52 - face brushing
28:46 - plucking
30:55 - hand movements/face touching
36:15 - audio triggers begin/scratching sounds (very tingly!!)
40:08 - water spraying sounds (with some glass bottle tapping)
42:13 - plastic crinkling sounds
45:16 - cork tapping
50:17 - book tapping
55:22 - listening to heart rate with stethoscope again/whispered goodnight
