Healing Session on the Astral Plane, Reiki ASMR

During most Reiki sessions I use my thoughts to access the Astral Planes. I create a safe space for the session to be conducted and also build a space for manifestations to be germinated.

This isn't something I share in most of my videos, more so with those I have taught Reiki, IF that is something they are interested in.

I encourage you to consider if this resonates and how you can use the tools of thought and creative thinking to build upon your own life and goals.

What I love about this is it has two sides it can be looked at, such as the logical side which allows us to access our subconscious mind, or the mystical mind which trusts in the concept that we are more than this realm, and how we can reach the more subtle building blocks to create. Which ever feels right to you is the best, and if you like to think of both as valid then you are doing very well for your mind my stimulating both the left and right hemispheres of your brain. Neat O!
