You join me in this shiatsu session done on a massage table... this video demonstrates how i may treat lower back pain... during this video you can see various techniques i use to work the legs, hips, lower back glutes all to try and ease lower back pain. What you cant see is how i slightly adjust what im doing according to what im feeling or how the body reacts to my touch. This video is very similar to how i might treat you if you came to me with lower back pain however some stretches may be added or removed as every session is unique to the clients needs to help ease their back pain and suffering.
