Welcome :) Tonight's video is a hypnotic style, follow my strict instructions for sleep, soft spoken video, packed with lots of different triggers and techniques :) Including light triggers, hand movements, pendant swinging, hand sounds/finger flutters, visualization, and of course lots of different instructions. Also includes tingly layered sounds that fade in and out randomly at various points (tapping, jingly jewellry sounds, crinkles, mouth sounds, scratching, breathing).

I plan to do more of these follow my instruction videos by the way as I find these really fun to make :) Are you a fan of the layered sounds or would you rather the next one not have that?
