The aim is to get you relaxed, and into a calm and peaceful state. Just follow my whispered voice and do the yoga-positions after your own ability. In the end, this is just a drowsy bedtime yoga for deep sleep, so take everything in your own pace! Sleep tight, don't let the bedbugs bite ❤️
