In tonight's video, I will be soothing you with personal attention and hand movements. I do ramble a little in this video, but I hope to provide you with some comfort in the positive messages and motivation included. I filmed this video whilst I was in Turkey but I am now back home in the UK. Istanbul was an amazing place and I do hope to return someday.
