This is a cozy, soft spoken asmr hand movement video with a focus on the main Reiki symbols. Reiki energy is pure life force energy that is channeled or directed by a person (in this case, me!) to anything you'd like to change, shift, release, or gain more of. So most of the time it is channeled through the hands of an attuned person to a receiver (another person, or an animal for example). As it is energy, you do not have to be in the same room to receive it, if the intention is clear. Most of the time the energy is super relaxing, anxiety and depression relieving and can also totally knock you out! Know that your body and your being are always in charge when receiving the energy.
