One appointment was booked by a loving husband. One client traveled an hour; another, three. Three women, each with her own story, placing her trust in my hands.

My wish is simple: that every client leaves smiling, feeling understood and cared for. Behind that smile are 27 years of hairdressing, study, analysis, and clear explanations.

This is chemical straightening, not a one-day flat-iron style. In my practice, clients typically enjoy 4–6 months between appointments, and many return twice a year. Timing varies with hair condition, growth, and care; new roots grow with their natural texture.

My Own Formula Language
Lasting results begin with chemical preparation. I evaluate roots, mid-lengths, and ends separately, tailoring product choice, processing time, and suitable pH to each section.

My personal mixing ratios are a language built from experience, strand tests, and records—not pH measurements. I work within manufacturer guidance, with gentler preparation for previously treated lengths.

To explain softening, I borrow an image from Korean kimjang: cabbage becoming pliable as it is salted. The chemistry differs, but the image helps explain preparation. The iron is like pressing fabric into shape—another simple way to explain my work.
