It's high time to make a new German video. I've already done this video in French and in English. ^^ I really wanted to make a video about emotions. I found the book "the color monster" the best way to talk about emotions. I hope you will enjoy this video.

Mit dem Farbenmonster können wir ein bisschen mehr verstehen, wie wir unsere Gefühle auszudrücken. Das Farbenmonster kann fröhlich sein wie goldgelber Sonnenschein oder traurig und zurückgezogen wie ein stiller blauer See oder rot vor Wut. Und das ist auch gut so. Nur alles auf einmal, wütend und fröhlich und traurig, das ist überhaupt nicht gut. Deshalb lernt das Farbenmonster, seine Gefühle nach Farben zu ordnen. In diesem Video spreche ich auch über Neurowissenschaften und ich hoffe, dass du dich dabei entspannen wirst. ^^
