ASMR Follow The Light For Sleep (Low-Light, Gentle Instructions)

Kia ora everyone! In this (mostly) whispered, low-lit light triggers video, I will use a selection of lights for you to follow, watch flare and flicker. This is for those who love the visual light trigger! I also include a few affirmations (goods, greats, perfects), and healing, hypnotic hand movements to shiver your tingles!
Also I can't stop thinking about the new James Webb Space Telescope photographs! Light triggers always remind me of space photography 🤩💫

Pō mārie, good night!

What does "Kia ora" mean?
"Kia ora" is a term from Te reo Māori, the language of the indigenous people of Aotearoa (New Zealand). It's a holistic term that can be used in lots of different situations. Translated literally, 'ora' refers to a state of living, or being alive. Adding 'kia' changes "ora" from a noun to a verb ('alive' to 'living'). So when you say kia ora to someone, you are wishing the essence of life upon them! "Kia ora" is commonly used as a greeting in Aotearoa, even though many of us (like me!) are not fluent in Te reo. I use it at the start of every video because it's important to me to share as much of the culture of this wonderful country as I can with you all. "Kia ora" can also be used as a way to say good luck, thank you and best wishes!
