I love buying a nice shirt and there is something so relaxing about actually being measured up and having items picked out and suggested for you. I hope it helps you fall asleep and you wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated :D

The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
