Hey guys, in this video I will be giving you a reiki energy healing session to help you raise your vibrations. The main thing I wanted to share in this video is to help you reframe what it means to raise your vibrations. Often times, we work on "raising our vibrations" because we think we are not enough as is. So we get into the mindset that we must do more, be more positive, and strive towards a higher vibration but the truth is that only drags your vibrations down. What if you don't actually need to DO anything because you naturally vibrate at a high frequency? Meaning if you just stopped doing, resisting and thinking you're not enough, you would rise back up to your natural vibration. That is what we explore in this reiki session.
