[ASMR] Massage to Destroy That Knot Behind Her Shoulder Blades [No Talking]

Who else has a pain behind there shoulder blade? A burning sensation that is driving you mad? I'm going to guess a lot of you, because its a very common problem and its something I deal with every single day... Want to know the cause? 99% of the time its tight Chest and Neck from spending far too much of your time in that gorilla position, rounding your shoulders as you sit hunched at a desk, or sat staring for endless hours on your phone or even hours behind a steering wheel... And what happens is your chest becomes tight, your shoulders round forward and your neck becomes tight, all the muscles at the front become tight short, the pecs, front delts and SCM, Serratus Anterior... meanwhile like one big pulley system the muscles at the back get stretched mainly the Rhomboids and levator scapulae.... eventually as these muscles become more stretched long, the brain thinks hold on and locks everything up... suddenly BOOM you have pain behind your shoulder, maybe even pain going up your neck causing headaches....
The cure? you need to work everything! I like to start with the muscles at the front as I believe unless you lengthen the shorter muscles you cant hope to shorten the tighter long muscles ( pully system remember)
So I start with the neck, work down into the upper traps, work the chest and front delt, sometimes even down the arms before I even begin to work the back... and I find this method a far better way to deal with shoulder pain.
