In this ASMR style talk session, I am going to share and discuss my experience of having a chronic pain condition for a little over a year to the date (Interstitial Cystitis, or otherwise known as Painful Bladder Syndrome). I will tell you my story of how I started developing my symptoms, how I got my diagnosis, and what I have been doing to seek pain relief and treatment for this incurable condition.

Triggers include soft speech, minor normal speech that slips in, and some light paper noises.
