Let's relax on a winter night, light some lovely scented candles, and set our resolutions, goals, and dreams for the new year.✨🕯✨

I wanted to keep this very open so that everyone can participate as much or as little as they want and enjoy the video in the way the feels best to them. This originally started as just a Show & Tell of my winter candles, with lots of tapping and glowy light triggers and semi inaudible whispers. And while there is still PLENTY of that, i took inspiration from some of my favorite Reiki creators and wove the practice of setting intentions into the video so that its particulary relevant to the New Year's theme. But again, this video is what you want it to be, whether you're intentions are New Year's related or not, whether you want to set many intentions or just one. And of course you can also do as I often do and just totally zone out and let the lovely tingles take over.✨☺️✨
