#ASMR 🏹 How to assemble a recurve bow 🏹 Italian newbie

Ciao everyone! Here we are again 😬 Like a lot of you know, I started archery not too long ago but I'm finding it very relaxing and zen and it's something I really enjoy doing (not the same for the competition part...I'm still working on that 😆). This video was quite improvised, because I'm trying to be more spontaneous and so I hope you can appreciate it. I've definitely overestimated my English skills, so some parts are difficult to understand. Please write to me if something is not clear! I'll be happy to answer all of your questions.
