This session is specifically for releasing yourself and others from one another. We talk about soul contracts, cord cutting, and protecting yourself from their focused mind.

Sometimes when a relationship ends we heal but the other person stays fixated on us. In extremes this can lead to dangerous behavior or other stressful and excessive energy being sent to us. On the lighter side it can manifest in just feeling this person, it is hard to explain, it comes across in dreams or in your mind, like they are watching you or something is unfinished.

If you are not dealing with this theme but would like to benefit from the session you can use it as an energetic clean up and a way of building good karma by sending the best intentions to people from your past.
