For tonight's video I will be helping you fall asleep by testing out several triggers on you. These include energy pulling, fabric/glove sounds, personal attention, follow my instruction, and light triggers.

There is also lots of writing, page turning, and tapping sounds as I ask you questions about your sleep history.
