Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having candied watermelon! This snack is called Tanghulu and it's basically when you dip fresh fruits into a thick sugar mixture. After cooling down the sugar creates a crispy shell which is very delicious! Today I made it with watermelon which sure was a challenge because watermelon is one of the most watery fruits out there. :D But we did it! And it was very delicious and refreshing.
