This is a beautiful inner child healing sleep meditation that will help release negative self talk and lack of self love by unconditionally loving your 'true self" while you sleep.

I initially wrote this meditation for myself as I have been on an inner child healing journey over the last little while. I wanted to share it with you in hopes that you too will find it helpful 💜 Please note that this meditation is not meant to put blame on parents and/or caregivers. Many parents did the best they could with the tools they had. Also, there are many children who had wonderful parents/caregivers but suffered minor/major trauma from other children, siblings, relatives and so on. Even playground name calling can cause wounding that may follow the person into adulthood. Some children suffered childhood trauma through the death of a parent or divorce. There are so many different reasons why our inner child may have gone into hiding. I feel everyone can benefit from a little inner child healing. This is why I felt lead to share this personal video with you all.
