✨🌧️🌳Reiki ASMR| Aura Repair-Root Chakra Balance~Healing abundance/lack mentality, Grounding

Hello beautiful beings! Today's session is intended to gently heal wounds in our base chakra relating to a need outside of ourselves to find safety in material things or identify ourselves in a way that we think we should be seen instead of our authentic self. Even though there is nothing inherently wrong with material things, it can become a problem to constantly spend thoughtlessly or to treat inner imbalances with identifying with groups, people, ideas that don't truly align. When this chakra is out of alignment we can feel a lack of stability in ourselves and search for it constantly in the outside world, causing us to "feed the hungry ghost" or find the "next best thing" in a way that is unhealthy in the long run. We have an opportunity to feel new appreciation for what we have gained, collected, earned over our life as well as to identify what we value and how that relates to our true selves.
