Hey guys!

I've found that spending 30 minutes a day/week (if you dont have time) writing in a mindfulness journal really helps in reminding me to focus my attention on whats around me rather than letting my mind wonder, leading to trains of thought ending in anxiety.

I bought mine from Urban Outfitters for about £9.99 but you can find similar journals online for cheaper, i'm sure:)
