ASMR- Dealing With Suicidal Thoughts and Depression (Rambling, tongue clicks/repeated letters) ❤️

Hey guys, I've been feeling a little down and used this video as a sort of therapy. I hope that this video helps someone understand depression just a little bit more.

I went to school today in 70% weather with a jacket and huge shades on trying to hide from the world. Thankfully I'm able to get out of bed but sometimes it can be very hard.

I do not agree with or promote suicide. There's people that love you that will miss you very much. I love you and appreciate you, and I just want you to know that you keep me going.
