Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having lotus root! First time trying it by itself and not in a Thai curry etc. :) It's still surprising to me how watery this root is. :D Did not expect that. Other than that it doesn't really have a taste so you can eat it with any sauce you want. The spicy dip I made is really good with the root. 😻 Have you tried this root before? ♥
