This reiki session is all about "Being in Rhythm ASMR". What does that mean exactly? When we feel that we are "Being in Rhythm ASMR" we experience clarity and flow. We get to be surprised by what the universe gives to us. We are open to and look for good things to happen. For this video I use flowing hand movements to help you feel the energy move through your body. I also incorporate brushing sounds and gentle tapping to help you relax deeper into the session. You may feel the gentle energetic touch of my hands as we work to ease you into a peaceful slumber while promoting openness of mind, body, and spirit in the process. If you're looking for a peaceful sleep, then this session is perfect for you!
