ASMR || Blowing and Breathing into your ears ๐ŸŒฌโœจ (Advent Calendar 2021)

Lotta's ASMR
Published 2 years ago

Hello and happy Saint Niklas day (I'm pretty sure that's his name in English speaking countries, isn't it?)

On the 6th of December, kids get some presents - "Sankt Nikolaus" fills up the shoes that they polished the previous evening and then put outside the door.

And my video today is a special treat as well because it's something that I haven't really done ever! I will be breathing calmly into your ears and blowing some air onto the microphone for extra tingles!

I hope you like it, have a good night!

Enjoy! โค๏ธ

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called โ€˜tinglesโ€™). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as โ€˜triggersโ€™.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
