ASMR💫Full Body POV Grounding You to Mother Earth🍃 (Chakra Balance, Negative Energy Cleanse)

Full body pov grounding you to mother earth. In this healing session I will be focusing on the chakra Earth Star. It is located about 12'' below the feet. It is what connects us to the Earth. When we ground with barefeet outside in the grass or connect with nature that is when our Earth Star chakra is being connected. It grounds us and provides natural healing sending stuck energies to the Earth. I will be using Earth Star focused crystals to help heal any blockages in that chakra and help connect you to mother earth. I will also be doing an aura cleanse with my Selenite wand and sage spray. I will be doing some energy healing and use reiki symbols as well. Many blessings to you all!
